While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and in adverse conditions.

Develop and execute new member and retention goals, budget, and strategy (calls and visits to members and prospective members, referral programs, etc.).

Arranges for Directors in-state and out-of-state travel to ensure compliance with program and travel policy guidelines. Fingerprint Clearance Card, Level I.
