Overview:
The Midwest's #1 Remodeler, Mad City Windows & Baths, is looking for a Project/Field Manager to manage residential home projects in and around the greater Minneapolis area.

Responsibilities:
  • Organizing home remodeling projects
  • Communicating with customers & complaint resolution
  • Creating strategies to improve efficiency
  • Monitoring of field crew performance & product quality
  • Present daily progress reports
  • Occasional measuring of Jobs
Qualifications:
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Residential remodeling experience, specifically with replacement windows, bathrooms & kitchens
  • Management or supervisory experience
  • Experience resolving conflict
  • Strong communication & customer service skills
