We’re Looking For…

A talented Product Owner to join our Product Management team, someone who is passionate about building technology products for customers while enabling our business to run more efficiently. Someone who understands the big picture, but can dive into the details, prioritize work, and lead development teams to deliver great products.

The Product Owner is responsible for product development execution of the vision of the Product Manager. As a product expert, the essential function of the Product Owner is to develop a functional solution of the product vision and deliver working software.

As a Product Owner, you will…

• Translate product vision and customer needs to into executable user stories and define the acceptance criteria
• Evaluate request and prioritize user stories into sprints to deliver features as prioritized by the Product Manager
• Validate that acceptance criteria are met, and business objectives are achieved
• Maintain product backlog which contains business and technical stories, as well as new ideas and customer feedback
• Engage both external and internal customers to identify pain points and gather feedback
• Work closely with Product and Platform Engineering team to align on technical solution, development standards and best practices for continuous delivery
• Collaborate with UI/UX designer to improve products’ usability and user experience
• Plan product releases and communication to stakeholders/end users to ensure flawless rollout of product enhancements
• Set direction and lead multiple Scrum teams to accomplish sprint goals and deliver product features

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent related experience required
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Product Owner
• 5+ years’ experience with software development lifecycle
• Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent product features for web and/or mobile apps
• Ability to comprehend the business context and market problem that drive the product development
• Analytic, highly creative and customer-focused problem solver
• Demonstrated collaboration, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Strong leadership skills to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority and to rally the teams to common objectives
• Excellent communications skills to interact with customers, technical individuals and business partners at all levels including executives
• Experience working in Agile software development methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban
• Experience working with remote/offshore team is strongly preferred
• Experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics is a plus
• High degree of knowledge for office suite, such as Excel/Google Sheet and PowerPoint/Google Slides
