Preferred experience with Salesforce or CRM software tools. Office duties- order office supplies, kitchen needs, and water plants.

Offer effective feedback and counseling to front line associates and manager. The Trainer will develop employees by cultivating their skills and knowledge.

Current registration/certification as a Medical Assistant preferred, or military medical experience with MA certification/registration required.

Must be able to pass all state and local requirements to include their handgun qualification course, if applicable, to obtain a required local or state

Answer phones and greet visitors. Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms. Coordinate staff calendars and meetings.
