Overview:


The Legacy Vascular group is comprised of surgeons and Advanced Practice Practitioners (APPs) in the heart of the magnificent Pacific Northwest. We serve Emanuel and Good Samaritan Hospitals in Portland, Oregon.


The APP is responsible for providing medical and surgical patient care under the supervision of a physician in the operating room, cardiovascular ICU, post cardiac care unit and clinic. ACLS and BLS certifications are required. Minimum two years of related surgical experience is required. Relocation is available.

Education:
Requires Bachelor’s degree and successful completion of a physician assistant program accredited by any of the following accrediting bodies:


License and Certifications:
Current applicable state licensure to practice as a Physician Assistant or ability to obtain licensure upon date of hire. Current ACLS, certifications. Must submit information necessary to complete a National Practitioner Data Base search and meet Legacy’s standards for results.
