EXCELLENT PHYSICAL THERAPY OPPORTUNITY
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the supervision of the Clinic Director or Manager, the Physical Therapist will be providing outpatient Musculoskeletal, Orthopedic and Spine Physical Therapy and supervision by physician orders. Will serve as a resource person for PT Assistants and PT Techs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
MINIMUM EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. Doctorate will be preferred.
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE
Previous work experience as a Physical Therapist is an advantage.
Work experience in outpatient Physical Therapy is an advantage.
REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
Eligible for or licensed by Texas Board of Physical and Occupational Therapy Examiners. Basic Life Support certification required through the American Heart Association or other pre-approved accredited certification program.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES
Knowledge of regulations, QA and procedures, and quality patient care. Successful completion department specific and/or hospital required training courses. Should be able to treat patients of all ages from pediatric (10 years) to geriatric.
