• The Role:

This is a Full-Time PT position based out of our Jacksonville Beach Clinic. This is a hybrid role where the provider will offer 1 on 1 care to patients with a schedule split between the clinic and in patients' homes with our outpatient in the home service.
You will be responsible for managing the patient experience and providing clinical care from initial appointment, throughout an active plan of care and onward through post course of care touch points with a focus on retaining clients. This will involve developing deep and meaningful relationships with patients, delivering a premium patient experience and providing exceptional clinical care with a focus on the foundations of manual therapy and exercise. Our providers need to create the type of experience that customers can’t wait to come back to, will be happy to pay for and happy to tell others about.

• Tasks & Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with patients in a way that they understand how our unique model adds value to them
  • Communicate the value of our services with conviction, confidence and in the patient's benefit
  • Communicate with patients in a way that helps them arrive and make the best decision when you suggest a POC
  • Ensure patients stay on schedule to prioritize their appointments to make the achieve the best outcomes
  • Constantly manage patient expectations so that every stage of rehab feels simple, clear and achievable
  • Develop enduring relationships with patients, such that it feels natural to check in on them from time to time
  • Remain coachable and adaptable at all times as we iterate how to best choreograph the patient experience
  • Provide an amazing experience that will cause patients to tell their friends and family about us as well
  • Demonstrate vulnerability as you genuinely & routinely ask patients for feedback
  • Consistently capitalize on positive feedback and small patient wins to ask for reviews & testimonials
  • Participate in weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings & trainings with a positive, coachable attitude

• Skills & Qualifications Required:
  • Education: Graduation from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Licensure: Physical Therapy License in FL Required
  • Experience: >1 years in Outpatient Orthopedics Required
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills including empathy and communication
  • High levels of self awareness and ability to connect on a personal level with patients
  • Confidence and conviction in living a healthy life and your ability to help others do so
  • Able to recognize uncertainty and be self aware enough to skillfully adjust communication to address it
  • Demonstrate a willingness to be vulnerable, to be coached and to proactively seek feedback
  • Desire for high accountability environment; measurement and feedback are the driving forces behind progress
