You must have your own DOT operating authority and insurance. Class A CDL and 18 months of tractor trailer experience. Driver is in the truck 5 nights a week.

Valid license to practice occupational therapy. Familiarity with ADLs evaluation tools ( e.g. Katz ADL scale, Lawton IADL scale).

Able to make 100+ calls a day. Sales experience minimum of 2-3 years required. Experience in phone sales required. Computer and organizational skills a plus.
