Office Assistant/Inside Sales:

Busy, small manufacturing company looking for career minded Office Assistant with a focus on Inside Sales & Marketing.

Applicant must be:

· Punctual

· Reliable

· Well organized

· Able to learn our Product Line

· Have initiative and be self-directed

· Have Customer Service skills.

Duties will include:

· Answering phones

· Taking, entering & invoicing orders

· Accounts payable

· General Office Support

· Learning and having knowledge of our Product Line is a must to be able to assist customers

· Creating and sending out our Constant Contact Newsletters

Knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
