Responsible for administrative function to support clinic: manual billing, error correction, data entry, photocopying, prior authorizations, answering unit

Use phone (voice), email and other forms of communication to address the needs of our clients customers. Help facilitate, analyze & resolve customer issues.

Answers a high volume of inbound troubleshooting calls and emails. Minimum of one year working in a technical operating capacity.

A four-year Accounting or Finance degree is preferred, with a minimum of 3 years of work experience with exposure to general accounting, payroll, accounts

Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc. Demonstrate basic math and counting skills.
