Motorcycle Dealership Executive Administrative Assistant

Windy City Indian Motorcycle is a dynamic Motorcycle retailer in the Chicagoland area. We are looking for an energetic, polite and charismatic individual to join our team!

You will be working directly for the owner of Windy City Indian Motorycle, she is a fabulous person (yes the owner is writing this job posting). Work directly with customers along with provide administrative support to help ensure efficient operation of our office and administration requirements, including administration for finance office, sales, state and local requirements along with additinal admistrative compacities.

If you are pleasant, enjoy talking about motorcycles and have knowledge about motorcycles, ensure customers are assisted and work well with others, are easy going, on time, prompt, not full of excuses, don't blame your parents for every life choice you have ever made, don't mind working for a red head, are protective of your responsibilities, can take a joke and enjoy laughter please apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As an Administrator you will,

  • Assist in generating and maintaining vehicle records.
  • Work with customer queries as and when needed, ensuring that any queries received are recorded and actioned or directed to appropriate Team Members.
  • Process finance/credits applications and support the finance office when needed.
  • Ensure documents required by distributors, customers or suppliers are dispatched when needed.
  • Assist other Administration and team members when needed.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO BRING:

  • Previous experience of working in an administrative role.
  • Experience of dealing with people in a customer facing environment.
  • Experience of working with financial transaction, with previous experience of working in a financial administration desirable.
  • A strong customer focus and customer service skills.
  • Excellent administration skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Professionalism and accountability.
  • Self-motivation, determination, adaptability and resilience.
  • An ability to work collaboratively with customers and team members.
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office & Google Suite tools/software and opened to learning additional required software/technologies.
  • To be an enthusiastic self-starter who is willing to learn, and is prepared to work on their own initiative.
  • Educated to A-level or equivalent, or with relevant work experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31,200.00 - $32,240.00 per year
