All Access Ortho Maui is the first and only Orthopedic Specialty Urgent Care on Maui. We are seeking to hire Medical Office Specialists who possess an earnest work-ethic. As a part of our dynamic team, ideal candidates will identify with our core values of empathy, compassion, and dedication to improve and provide exceptional orthopedic care for our Maui community.

Direct patient care responsibilities include: coordination of patient care, communication between patients and medical providers, and the execution of treatment plans for patients as indicated by our medical providers. Medical terminology and experience are strongly preferred, but not required given the right candidate.

Administrative responsibilities include: phone management, checking in patients, scheduling follow up visits, maintaining professional communication skills with patients, staff, and medical providers as well as demonstrating computer literacy, problem-solving, and anticipation skills.

Clinical expectations include: maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient orthopedic specialty practice, assisting our medical providers with patient encounters (ie: removing casts, applying braces, drawing and administering injections, and assisting in minor procedures, such as laceration repairs and bone and joint reductions), and helping to coordinate patient referrals, prescriptions, and other treatments.

• BLS Certification (Preferred)
