Responsible for documenting and maintaining all levels of correspondence electronic files, faxes, phones, mail and email. Must be accurate and detailed.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Travel not required for position.

Perform non-phlebotomy-related administrative and clerical support in various areas of the clinic as needed (front desk, exam rooms, Telehealth, etc.).

Communicate with general contractor and all field personnel. Prepare and submit all project submittals, design mixes, shop drawings as required for approvals.
