This role will also include assisting our technical teams with diagnosing and optimizing existing tooling as well as designing for new construction.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Ability to read and speak English.

Able to manage assigned inventory of parts and tools and meet auditing expectations of +/- 1% while also managing appropriate part levels.

Ability to answer routine customer questions regarding products, and direct customers to the appropriate person for resolution as needed.
