ACD Distribution, a leader in the hobby, gaming and toy industry has an opening for a Marketing Associate, in Middleton, WI. Overall Responsibilities

• Collaborates with sales and product teams to develop branding messages.
• Identifies target customers and markets.
• Collects and compiles customer feedback in an easily reviewed and understood format for review by company management and leadership.
• Collects and maintains sales records required to track, review, and modify performance of marketing initiatives.
• Forecasts and analyzes sales trends, marketing strategies, and product performance; prepares and presents reports summarizing information; makes recommendations based on analysis.
• Develops and distributes materials related to sales, training, and marketing.
• Develops and maintains positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing or related field preferred
• One to three years of related experience in business, promotional sales, customer service, or related field preferred
• Experience with an email service provider such as ActiveCampaign, Constant Contact or similar helpful
• Experience with trade show planning and/or event planning
• Experience with Adobe Creative including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and manage several projects at one time
• Ability to attend an occasional trade show

Physical Requirements & Environment

• This position operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

Compensation

• Base salary: $37,500
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance, company-paid life and disability insurance, Earned Time Off, and 401k retirement plan offered. Employee discount available.
