General Summary

Researches and analyzes sales and disconnect trends to determine customer response to telco products and services. Maintains marketing and sales database and creates reports showing sales and marketing results. Performs market research. Designs and produces original artwork for use in company materials. Creates copy and art layouts for use in advertising, publications and marketing materials. Ensures quality and consistent brand image of all logos and artwork. Selects and manages outside graphic design firms when work cannot be performed internally. Coordinates company participation in community events.

Essential Job Functions

• Determines customer response to company products and services by researching and analyzing sales and disconnect trends.
• Maintains marketing and sales database and creates reports showing sales and marketing results.
• Performs market research as requested.
• May develop and coordinate customer surveys to determine customer needs and satisfaction levels.
• May assist with test marketing of new products and services as appropriate.
• Creates copy and art layouts for use in advertising, publications, and printed and online marketing materials. Selects external graphic design firms for projects where work cannot be performed internally. Oversees external project progress and ensures quality standards are met.
• Ensures quality appearance and consistency of all logos and artwork on company business forms, business cards, letterhead, advertising and printed and online materials.
• Design and develop company website, content and graphics.
• Attracts media coverage for company activities by preparing new releases, utilizing social media and contacting local newspapers, radio and television stations regarding upcoming events.
• Performs all other related duties as assigned by management.*

• Ability to accurately interpret market trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate clearly with various departments and external vendors.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail.
• Ability to make sound decisions using information at hand.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience plus one to two years of marketing experience.
