We are looking for a talented marketing professional to manage marketing projects for all Heritage Cooperative brands including content development, planning, execution, analytics, and reporting. You will also provide direct marketing and sales support for the Heritage Animal Nutrition division, including all feed brands, retail outlets, and show supply. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
  • Solid knowledge of social media channels
  • Hands-on experience in content management
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, graphics, and video)
  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Analytical and multitasking skills

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Working with the marketing director and team and division leads to develop marketing strategy, plans, and content.
  • Implementing marketing strategies and providing analysis and reporting to measure results and achieve goals.
  • Administering social media accounts, including managing individual brand’s platforms, posts, and response to followers.
  • Developing campaigns to drive digital engagement and increase brand awareness.
  • Collaborating with divisional leads to understand business goals and developing marketing plans, sales support materials and campaigns to achieve goals.
  • Creating, improving, and maintaining content to achieve business goals, including sharing content to increase brand awareness and monitoring web traffic and metrics to identify best practices.
  • Influencing team leads by explaining the best practices for effective marketing opportunities.
  • Managing website content across several platforms including ATLAS and Wix.
  • Overseeing and organizing events. Focusing on our specific target audience, you will ensure events are successful and cost-effective, paying attention to budget and time constraints.

You should be able to handle our digital presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement; work directly with the leads across all divisions to understand their business and provide marketing support including all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience; project manage all activities from start to finish to meet business objectives; and oversee/provide marketing support for events.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement marketing strategies to align with individual business goals.
  • Develop digital marketing plans for each brand to align with marketing goals.
  • Understand consumer trends, business goals, and opportunities across all divisions.
  • Develop marketing plans to align with division goals and Heritage marketing goals.
  • Develop, execute, and report on campaigns and general marketing support.
  • Create and publish engaging content.
  • Manage content distribution via digital channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic.
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news.)
  • Coordinate and plan events for each division from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives.
  • Prepare budgets as needed and ensure adherence.
  • Work directly with vendors and suppliers.
  • Lead promotional activities for events.
  • Provide frontline marketing support.
  • Other duties as assigned
