About the Role:

The Investments and Planning team handles a wide variety of client cases that come from various Advisors in our agency. This person will be responsible for partnering with our Advisors to gather the necessary information needed to input and analyze data for case preparation. Together, they will work to build a wide range of plans and create solutions for each applicable stage of the planning process (Investments, Retirement etc.).

Day to Day:

  • Create planning analysis and illustrations for clients to set forth a process to ensure objectives met are acheiveable from a financial point of view
  • Streamline daily business operations and workflow
  • Input trades and rebalance client accounts
  • Raise cash, process transfers, and asset movement requests
  • Onboard client accounts
  • Build fee-based proposals
  • Assist with check deposits and processing
  • Service existing client accounts
  • Update and maintain client records in planning system
  • Review client records for annual review

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in areas such as reporting development, financial planning and analysis, business analytics, and financial modeling
  • High attention to detail
  • Fluent with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to multi task
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Nice to Haves (but not required):

  • Bachelors degree in Finance or Financial Planning
  • SIE, Series 6, Series 7, Series 63 Licenses
  • Ohio Life and Health License
