Job Summary and Qualifications

The Manager Dialysis has the responsibility for the effective implementation of the philosophy, goals, policies, and procedures of the hospital and the nursing department and their effect on patient care in the department. The Manager Dialysis also insures that the nursing staff fulfill their responsibilities in direct, family-centered patient care, clinical and satisfaction outcomes, and department operations as assigned.

What qualifications you will need:

• Current licensure in the State of South Carolina as a Registered Nurse or licensed as a Registered Nurse in a Compact State required
  
• Associates Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
• 5+ years of clinical dialysis experience required; 1+years of leadership experience preferred
• Current Certification by the American Association of Nephrology Nurses in Dialysis (CDN) required or must be obtained within 1 year of start
