Scoreboard Bar & Grill is looking for experienced, hard-working individuals to join our team! We are currently taking applications for part-time and full-time pm line cooks. Thursday through Sunday.

Requirements:

-Previous experience required (2 years minimum)

-Good communication skills

-On time, hard working

-Positive attitude

Line Cook Duties:

-Set up appropriate line (sauté, broil, grill)

-Maintain a clean and organized line

-Produce consistent, quality food to the guests

-Ability to speak Spanish a plus

Job Duties:

• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

• Bi weekly or Twice monthly
