We are currently hiring for Landscape Maintenance Groundskeepers in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas for yearly, full-time positions.

KEY ROLES:

*
Daily upkeep of property lawns, shrubs, trees and community parks

*
Daily mowing, edging, blowing and weeding of all community neighborhoods

*
Winter snow removal procedures including de-icing and road clearing

*
Maintains grounds equipment, trucks and maintenance yard.

*
Performs other duties as assigned by Landscape Lead

QUALIFICATIONS:

*
Clean Criminal Record - NO FELONIES or MISDEMEANORS

*
At least one year of groundskeeping or relevant experience a plus but not a requirement, we train*

Proficient use of manual and power tools

*
Follow safety guidelines as directed

*
Attention to detail

*
Excellent listening skills

*
Ability to follow directions
