Ensure adherence to applicable accounting standards (such as US GAAP) federal, state, and local regulatory laws and rules for financial reporting.

Answer incoming phone calls in a pleasant and effective manner. Process cash, credit card and charge transactions accurately following all company procedures.

Prepare monthly cash reports and cash call requests for approval by the local GM. Assist with preparing and filing periodic government filings.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
