Position: IT Business Analyst
Position Type: 6-month Contract, 40 hours a week
Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Location: On-site in Oklahoma City.

Description:
This is an entry level position assisting in providing solutions to a team member or business process to help align targeted business outcomes to available IT technologies and capabilities.

Job Duties:
  • Sells targeted ideas to improve IT usage and tools.
  • Works with business and business technology staff to understand and meet project requirements.
  • Creates key relationships with business users that work with technology.
  • Proactively advises business problems that need solving.

Job Skills:
  • Basic understanding of IT hardware, systems applications, software, and company specific applications.
  • Ability to use logic to troubleshoot problems.
  • Break down IT system issues.
  • Manage relationships with internal customers.
  • Verbal & communication skills with varying levels of stakeholders.
  • Basic knowledge of energy industry and terminology
Education
  • Minimum: High school diploma or GED
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree from accredited university - IT, MIS, Computer Science, or related field
Experience
  • Minimum: 0 2 years related work experience
