Provide general clerical support to office staff including but not limited to telephone reception/voicemail, greeting visitors, processing incoming/outgoing

Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler and Boomerang. Provide general support to visitors. Open billing mail daily and post invoices.

Candidate must have basic computer knowledge, and have the ability to communicate using radio, telephone and email. A background check will be conducted.

We predominately provide service for vacation rentals but residential cleaning experience is a bonus. Ability to work solo or in a team setting.

Ability to learn quickly and understand basic technical information applicable to tools, equipment, and manufacturing. Oversee management of company website(s).
