Our office is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant who has a good working knowledge of administrative procedures and policies.

Must be able to handle interact with guests. The Server is one of the primary contacts that a guest has, and the Server must maintain a friendly and attentive

Create and design logos, newsletters, calendars, and much more using a thorough understanding of design principles, color theory, and professional design

Maintain flexibility of schedules to provide adequate front desk coverage. Maintain the calendar for conference rooms/training rooms.

Daily tasks include scheduling repairs, checking customers in as they arrive, quoting repairs, and taking payment for completed repairs.
