At NorthBay Health the Leave of Absence (LOA)/Benefits Specialist will primarily work onsite and is responsible for advocating, administering, and maintaining all leave of absence programs at NorthBay Healthcare in conjunction with the Manager, LOA/Benefits. The LOA/Benefits Specialist, determines qualifications, processes and tracks employee leaves of absence. Is responsible for the calculations and integrations with third party pay such as SDI, PFL, WC. In addition, this position is responsible for benefit life event processing and processing of benefit eligibility reports and billing on a monthly basis.
Work location: Hybrid work options may be available once employees have completed required orientation and department specific training.
Compensation: Hourly Salary Range Min $35.99 - Max $43.72 (Offered hourly rate based on years of experience)
