Perform all functions as determined under the guidelines of state-specific Physical Therapist practice act, including initial evaluation, plan of care, on-going

Will consider 3x12s or 36/48 alternating, variable or nights. 6 days total (must still get 3 shifts in week) if contract is 26 weeks can have 10 days RTO.
