Due to Hawk Ridge Systems’ incredible growth plans, we are looking to add another autonomous Human Resources Generalist to our team. In this exciting Generalist role, you will be responsible for employee relations, leading HR compliance efforts (employment law and affirmative action policy, as well as Employee Handbook policy revisions and implementation), assisting with performance management, managing the offboarding process (including exit interviews), answering HR-related questions from team members, participating in various projects, as well as expanding and supporting employee experience efforts at Hawk Ridge Systems! You will also provide backup to our other HR Generalist in various HR responsibilities such as benefits administration, new hire orientations, and reporting.

Hawk Ridge Systems has determined that the base pay range for this role is between $61,200 and $85,000. Your base pay will be based on a number of factors, including knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Since we appreciate transparency, we are sharing that we expect to hire for this position up to mid-range (dependent on experience/location), which will allow you the opportunity to progress as you grow in your career.
