The Home Care Office Coordiantor ensures that all clients receive the best service possible and according to the care plan.

Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM may assist with after hour on-call duties as needed.

Position Summary: This position will coordinate client care service, staff training & recruitment, employee orientation, employee onboarding oversight and other operational daily activities in the office such as payroll, A/P, scheduling oversight of direct service staff and resolving client issues in conjunction with the Agency Director. This position will also by performing the following duties: maintaining solid and consistent communication with company leadership and ensuring accurate client & employee file maintenance. operational activities

Essential Duties:

  • Organize Client services, ensure client satisfaction are meet.
  • Train & Oreint all caregiving staff to the client care plan & train the caregivers in proper service delivery methods.
  • Ensure client supervisory in home visits are completed every 90-days.
  • Ensure client communication occurs with the client casemanager on a monthly basis.
  • Participate in weekly administrative & monthly meetings as scheduled.
  • Assists the new hire process for the office hires; ensures all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensures all employee records are current, accurate, and updated regularly.
  • Ensures WOTC applications and all other applicable paperwork are completed in a timely manner for each new employee.
  • Assists compliance with HR processes and procedures throughout office.
  • Ensures all required A/P related paperwork is scanned and submitted for payment.
  • Follows up on all Private Duty "Hot-Lead" Assessments and Deposits.
  • Supervises monthly Service Monitoring Calls with state Department on Aging.
  • Ensures the appearance of the offices open environment is professional: neat, clean, orderly and generally free of clutter.
  • Maintains a high degree of confidentiality at all times due to access to sensitive information.
  • Maintains regular, predictable, consistent attendance and is flexible to meet the needs of the department.
  • Follows all Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations and requirements.
  • Abides by all regulations, policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Preferred additional education such as a diploma from an accredited vocational school or college

· Must have three to five years of recent experience working in a healthcare environment or related field

· Understanding of basic medical terminology

· Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

· Computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Scheduling program

  • Must adapt well to changing priorities.
  • Must have reliable Transportation

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
