Graphic Designer/Wrap Installer

The Graphics Department at Ruddell Auto is a growing large format printing division that has been in business for over ten years.

We are looking for up to 2 full-time graphic artists/vehicle wrap installers. We are looking for hard working individuals, willing to work overtime when needed, and able to work in a teamwork oriented environment.

You MUST have a positive attitude, be a self-starter and motivated to meet deadlines with flexibility.

If you love cars and enjoy having fun while you work, then Ruddell Auto might be the right place for you. You must have a reliable vehicle, proof of insurance and a strong work ethic and credible references.

The ideal candidate would have at least one year of experience with vinyl graphics or vehicle wrap installation, and also have graphic design expertise. You must be detail oriented and capable of following directions easily.

For the most part, our work hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5pm, but we do have occasions where we work past 5pm and on weekends when needed.

Candidates must be able to work a full shift on their feet when required and the ability to work on ladders and be able to lift at least 50lbs on those rare occasions that it is necessary.

Responsibilities and Duties

The Graphics Department at Ruddell Auto is primarily in the business of vehicle wraps. These consist of both printed wraps featuring advertising for businesses (Think Geek Squad) and color change wraps on private vehicles. Customizing with color change wraps are typically solid colors which personalize the vehicle to the owner's personal taste. We wrap a variety of types of vehicles from cars, trucks, box trucks, semi cabs/trailers, exotic cars, boats, walls and storefront windows.

Qualifications and Skills

Ruddell Auto is particularly interested in hiring individuals with some experience working within the vehicle wrap industry. Certifications are welcome but certainly not required as a candidate.

Experience:

• Vehicle Wrap: 1 year (Preferred)
• Vinyl Graphics: 1 year (Preferred)
• Graphic Design: 1 year (Required)

License or certification:

• Valid Drivers License (Required)

Job Duties:

• Draft mockups of website designs, brochures, iconography, and any other marketing materials required
• Work on multiple projects at once, and consistently meet draft deadlines
• Communicate frequently with clients to update them on the progress of the project and to answer any questions they might have
