We are an award-winning beauty tool brand searching for a talented, hard-working, creative individual for the role of in-house Full-Time Graphic Designer. Based in the South Florida Treasure Coast area (specifically Port St Lucie) this position is NOT remote but offers significant growth for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will be a result-focused, self-starter with a passion for continuous learning and knowledge share.

Job Summary for the Graphic Designer

Provides exceptional creative design and best in class creative materials for brands’ interactive media and print graphic needs. Position has an emphasis in print graphic design, web design, and marketing tools. Handles projects from the ground up and works with multiple brands to deliver quality and innovative designs. Must be willing to wear multiple hats and be flexible to do whatever is needed. The position requires excellent written and communication skills.

Essential Functions of the Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer is responsible for all the duties associated with successful advertising and branding projects from conceptualizing ideas through production, including but not limited to:

· Design and illustrate emails, page layouts, logos, and program assets across multiple platforms (print / digital / social media)

· Support the design and production of digital assets including online/mobile graphics, emails, static banner ads

· Develop and execute creative concepts and designs that meet brand guidelines.

· Contribute stellar design skills with creative, edgy, and bold concepts for marketing and branding projects with a keen eye for a simple, strong design

· Working knowledge of print and digital production and optimizing final files for delivery

· Manage creative workflow

· Support social media team with pop-culture driven creative

· Creating new brand collateral for multiple brands

· Designing and producing in-house marketing collateral

Communicate directly with retail partners to provide assets based on individual guidelines

· Work with internal teams to generate ideas for pitching and proposals

· Providing quality control over own work

· Following best practice with the creative and marketing teams

· Working with other team members to deliver projects within deadlines

· Designing and creating website assets

Essential Skills and Knowledge of the Graphic Designer

· Strong communication skills and ability to stay on-task with projects through completion

· Portfolio showing a range of project types, particularly web/digital/email/social design, and print

· Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Bridge

Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Power Point.

Email marketing skills – creating email campaign (HTML is a plus). working with email platforms like Mailchimp.

· Barcode platform GS1 knowledge, a plus

· 2-3 years of design experience

· Working knowledge of project management and communication tools such as Slack, Trello, Basecamp, a plus

· Video Production & Post-Production - basic experience with AfterEffects, Premiere Pro or similar. Required.

UX/UI graphic design for landing pages, product pages

Photo sizing and optimization on ecommerce sites

Understandings of site structure, deploying or implementation of design elements for ecommerce sites

HTML5 animation, banners, gifs

Email banners & marketing collateral

Paid media graphic designs

Experience:
