Position Purpose:
This role would be directly involved in the design, development, and execution of graphic assets and marketing campaigns across multiple industries and various channels. Understanding how to elevate a brand identity, by not only creating stunning visuals across digital, social, and print, but also work with the team to develop an effective marketing strategy that works in conjunction with all sub-brands.

Key Responsibilities:
As a member of this department, you will oversee activities to ensure the following outcomes are achieved:

• Design graphic content across different mediums that include sell sheets, social media posts, presentations, product packaging, fit-out guides, and user manuals.
• Editing and proofreading marketing content
• Manage and monitor social media & digital merchandising across E-Commerce Platforms
• Report on content strategies success
• Support content requirements for customers
• Monitor competitors and others for continual improvement
• Conduct data research to grow and maintain customer database

Knowledge, Experience & Skill Requirements:

• 3+ yrs of graphic design experience
• Very proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Ability to navigate backend E-commerce & social platforms
• Strong project management skills
• Metrics-driven thinking and good creative instinct
• Bonus – Videography and Photography experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
