VA/WV state license for Occupational Therapy (or willing to obtain). Communicate patient progress with supervisor and parents weekly.

Provides individual and family counseling, develops, and leads group counseling and activities. Participates in the Interdisciplinary Team's initial assessments

Experience in the field is required as a crew foreman, this position requires management of a small team and some administrative tracking.
