Mortgage Loan Officer Job Responsibilities:

• Convert high-quality leads delivered via inbound/outbound calls, SMS, and transfers.
• Provide our clients with exceptional service.
• Structure and present the most beneficial loan options for our clients.
• Be ethical and caring – we want people who take care of our client's needs with empathy and integrity.
• Obtain proper documentation to submit loans to operations.
• Exceptional negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
• Must meet all NMLS requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• One or more years of mortgage loan origination experience in a call center environment as a Mortgage Banker, Loan Originator, Senior Loan Originator, or similar role.
• Proven track record as a top producer.
• Ability to quickly connect and establish great rapport with people.
• Detail-oriented and results-driven.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to excel in a fun and energetic results-driven environment.
• Working knowledge of all loan types. (Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo)
• Ability to maintain knowledge of available loan products, processing procedures, and underwriting and general departmental guidelines.
