Heartland Hobby Wholesale is a wholesale distributor for some of the finest model train, model train accessory lines, plastic model kits and rockets in the industry. HHW is looking to hire a full time professional Executive Assistant. This is an in person position.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Daily contact and follow-up with existing customers
• Track and analyze the sales of existing customers
• Follow up on leads and new accounts
• Data entry
• Contact non purchasing accounts
• Isolate inventory

Requirements:

• Self- motivated and independent
• High level attention to detail, organized, with strong communication and time management skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Professional demeanor
• Background in business, finance or accounting
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree required

Applicants must demonstrate clear and effective communication skills, and learn new processes, software, and systems quickly.
