American Capital Group Design and Development is looking for a talented Executive Assistant to support our Vice President of Property Development at our corporate office located in Bellevue, WA.

Position Information

  • Schedule – Monday – Friday 7am to 4pm - Additional hours/days may be required based on company needs. This position requires you to physically be at the corporate office during your scheduled shift.
  • Hourly Rate – $33.65 / Hour

Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience in a corporate office environment.
  • Experience in Property Development/Real Estate preferred.
  • Customer service experience required.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A positive attitude and a team mentality.
  • Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Extensive experience with Excel, Word and Outlook is required.
  • Must be able to speak, write and understand English.

A Day in the Life

  • Coordination, communication, reporting and operational tasks.
  • Promote teamwork with co-workers as well as outside consultants and entities to achieve timely completion of all work in accordance with Project schedules.
  • Perform routine office and design tasks necessary for the operation and presentation of design boards
  • Help director of development, development managers complete applications for submittals to applicable jurisdiction.
  • Complete feasibility and research to complete assigned tasks from development checklist in cooperation with other APD team members.
  • Help keep APD documents and design team organized, on Procore, FTP Site, Hanging Files and Archived Documents
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of general office administration, procedures, and equipment.
  • Handle one time and recurring Purchase Orders.
  • Coordinate corporate meetings and travel for top executives.
  • Assist with corporate events and projects.
  • Generate and review various reports – daily, monthly, and weekly.
  • Monthly expense reports.
  • Solve problems at an advanced level.
  • Effectively manage multiple development projects, meet deadlines, and reprioritize as needed.
  • Identify the potential for process improvements and leading change processes.
  • Consistently deliver high quality and professional customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information professionally and appropriately.
  • Demonstrate an aptitude for understanding the business, internal functions, and company priorities.
  • Stand-in as Front Desk Reception help as needed.
