Computershare has an exciting opportunity for a permanent full-time End User Engineer (100% Remote – US Wide) to join our Computershare Technology Services (CTS) Team.

A role you will love

As one of our End User Engineers, you will get to work closely with the wider technology teams and business lines to install and deliver new technologies to the Services Organization, supporting ongoing business initiatives.

You’ll be involved in building project technologies and utilizing vendor, team, and business resources to ensure that we are aligned to our project plans. You will also collaborate with our Project Managers to analyze, develop, execute, and complete these as part of the project life cycle.

You will be working with a variety of departments to complete handover of new technology and participate in the planning and decision-making processes by providing your technical knowledge and subject matter expertise.

What will you bring to the role?

Collaboration is important in this role, so being passionate about partnering closely with your team to embrace and share ideas will be a huge advantage. As you’ll be working closely with a range of stakeholders across the wider technology teams, the ability to build effective working relationships with people from both a technical, and non-technical background will be key.

We are always looking to innovate, so bringing your curiosity to explore new ways of working and to grasp new concepts will help us to continue to grow our capabilities.

You also bring:

• Experience in developing Desktop SOE’s, Desktop applications and VDI technologies
• Experience with Windows 11
• Working knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and SCCM/SCOM
• A solid understanding of Microsoft Server Operating environments
• Data Centre facilities, operations, and capacity planning experience
• Demonstrated experience in the following key areas:
  • Designing, Building, Securing and Supporting Enterprise End User Technology solutions
  • Working with Service Management aligned processes (Incident, Problem, Change and Release) preferably ITIL
  • Working closely with External Vendors

Compensation. Approximately $95,000-$120,000 USD per year, depending on experience.
