Minimum:* Bachelors degree in business or a related field, PHR or SPHR Certification. Preferred:* Masters in HR or business field.

Perform front end duties such as handling the cash register, bagging, replenishing merchandise, and preparing displays. Must be 18 years or older.

Data entry, filing, scheduling, maintain customer relationship with clients, light tax and bookkeeping duties. Strong communication (verbal and written) skills.

This role involves day to day book keeping tasks and high level accurate data entry. Assist with weekly data entry and reconciling of job costing.

Preform invoice and general ledger data entry and prepare and perform check runs. Will also assist in monthly closing processes including journal entry input
