Responsible for answering customer questions regarding hardware or finding another associate who can answer them. Must have basic math skills.

Planning: conduct efficient, organized data gathering and data analysis and must be able to develop reports, establish schedules, and conduct studies.

\*Coordinate with other Engineering team members to design, layout, or detail components and systems to provide solutions to design and/or manufacturing

Project management, process engineering, system specification, costing, commissioning, maintenance, commissioning schedules, tracking of costs and extras,

Daily tasks include scheduling repairs, checking customers in as they arrive, quoting repairs, and taking payment for completed repairs.
