The receptionist will greet patients on the phone, help schedule appointments, take payments and perform various other clerical duties.

Answer phones and greet visitors. Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms. Coordinate staff calendars and meetings.

As the process technical expert, works with other engineering disciplines as well as operations, maintenance, and EHS to ensure solutions meet overall business

High level of technical problem-solving skills and people skills. All issued sales leads are well qualified, warm and generated by the company.

Web experience, both design and re-design is a plus as well as working with shopping card systems. Web design: 1 year (Preferred).
