Valid drivers license, ability to drive a box truck (will train if necessary), and insurable driving record. First-Aid/CPR certification (will train if needed)

Must have three to five years of recent experience working in a healthcare environment or related field. Supervises monthly Service Monitoring Calls with state

Class A CDL driving license is required. Must have a clean driving record. Must have two years Class A CDL driving experience. Secure and deliver heavy cargo.
