Job Summary:

The Account Manager is responsible for facilitating producer sales by assisting the producer(s) in servicing a book of business. This includes new and renewal placements. This is a customer centered, fast paced position requiring excellent communication and time management skills.

What You Can Expect On Any Given Day:

  • Handling incoming service requests from customers and carriers.
  • Inform, educate, and make recommendations to clients, carriers, and underwriters.
  • Managing new and renewal insurance which includes negotiating with carriers, preparing presentation and proposal materials, collecting customer information and ordering insurance policies from carriers.
  • Determining acceptability and placement of coverage, providing customers with insurance coverage recommendations for improved or additional coverage.
  • Update customer information, keep CRM updated, ensure account data is accurately captured.
  • Engaging in sales activities: cross-sell, upsell
  • Delivering effective and efficient customer service excellence.
  • Ensuring quality control through proper file documentation and maintenance.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and be an all-around awesome member of our team
