Licensed, or eligible to be licensed, as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the state of Connecticut.

Organization is crucial to the sucess of this role. We use quickbooks online and excel so previous experience in those areas will be helpful.

Conduct all service functions of the Customer Service Center, including answering phones, customer complaints, and lost and found.

General office duties (printing/faxing/computer data entry, etc). Estimate, collect, & post patient payments. Schedule appointments for doctors & hygienists.

Good understanding of engineering design and drafting, and the terms and methods used in engineering procedures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
