Who we're looking for

Toyota’s TFS Business Enablement - Channel Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Sr Systems Business Analyst.

The primary responsibility of this role is to collaborate with and act as a liaison to multiple business groups & technologies and play a key role as subject matter expert for successful customer mobile apps implementation.

Reporting to the Digital Factory Owner, the person in this role will support the TFS Business Enablement - Channel department's objective to provide best in class experience for all customer mobile apps.

What you'll be doing

  • Liaison and manages business requirements and objectives, through technology and functional requirements, to solution implementation.
  • Provides collaboration, communication, analysis, support, and documentation where needed, to ensure the solution implemented meets both the project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Has the ability to facilitate and execute BA tasks and activities in agile project environments.
  • Devoted to innovative design, technology, and partnership to transform business.
  • Define business requirements and systems goals through partnership with decision makers, systems owners, and end users.
  • Identify and establish scope and parameters of systems analysis to define outcome criteria and measure-taking actions.
  • Analyze business processes, gaps in capabilities, as well as appropriate data sources, interfaces and process changes required to address capability gaps.
  • Work with stakeholders to create and organize product backlogs in an agile environment following scrum development processes.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive product enhancements.
  • Partner with API layer team to ensure front end requirements are met.
  • Work with product architects, designers, and customers to define and refine the user experience.
  • Participates in testing, QA activities and work with developers in explaining requirements and test solution before implementing in production.

What you bring

  • Four-Year College Degree (BA or BS).
  • Relevant work experience in a similar field or industry.
  • Knowledge of Agile development practices.
  • Knowledge of API Specifications (Open API Specification), Systems Integration, Microservices Architecture, Rest API’s and Consumption.
  • Experience as a business/system analyst who gathered, documented, and communicated user requirements.
  • Previous experience with analysis, design, configuration, and implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving techniques.
  • Salesforce.com Administrator Certification.

Added bonus if you have

  • Banking or financial services experience, a plus.
  • Relevant work experience (in similar field and/or industry).
