The position is responsible for providing authoritative inputs and software development on all systems software engineering and technical issues, ensure systems

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Ability to read and speak English.

Answers a high volume of telephone calls in a friendly and helpful manner and directs calls in an efficiently and timely.

Manage and answer heavy volume of incoming calls, direct to appropriate person. Outbound when no incoming calls, and to fill the schedule as needed.
