Associate or bachelors degree in marketing, business or a related field a plus. Familiarity with social media, social networking, email marketing and search

May serve as a point of contact for the customers, booking catering, answering questions and potential planning for future service needs.

Answer incoming calls and inquires and direct calls to the appropriate department/person. Assist with general front desk clerical duties as needed.

Current BLS/CPR certification per policy. They will provide age-appropriate care and will participate in research when appropriate and incorporate research

Respond to patients requests for service or calls within 24 hours whether such requests are made in person, by phone, voicemail, etc. or through the Anchor
