Job Description :
We are looking for a Administrative Assistant!
The Assistant is responsible for a wide range of administrative and general tasks that will vary day to day. The Assistant will act as a support role for the Lumber Director.
- Perform administrative work such as typing, filing, and sorting of paperwork
- Maintain general office files, including vendor files and other files related to the company’s operations.
- Participate and assist in a wide-range of company projects and events such as employee parties, customer events, etc.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information
- Work closely and support other departments as needed
* Assist with customer service by answering phones, preparing emails, and general administrative functions to support the Manager.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
