Job Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers on phone and in the store
  • Customer Accounts - billing, payments, statements, and collections
  • Banking - daily deposits and reconciliations
  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Maintaining office supply inventory
  • Office correspondence, spreadsheets and reports
  • Incoming & Outgoing Mail
  • Working with parts department to help with incoming freight
  • Daily business errands
  • Use of company specific computer programs, internet and email
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
