Account Manager (Marlborough, MA)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communication with suppliers, internal team members & clients.
• Perform key client service tasks, partner with the account directors and fellow account managers and be the primary contact for all client facing duties.
• Develop & demonstrate a strong understanding of SFG product lines and services and be able to effectively communicate them to clients (training provided).
• Clearly and consistently set expectations with clients and suppliers.
• Able to create presentations for clients that combine basic design skills and acquired product knowledge.

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE and REQUIRED SKILLS:

• University degree or college diploma
• Excellent communication skills (email, phone & in-person)
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint) and Outlook
• Working knowledge of Adobe Create Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience in the print and/or promotional products industries is a bonus, but not required.

Pay: $49,236.55 - $59,295.64 per year
